Mayga Construction's website includes an AI-powered estimating assistant designed to provide preliminary ballpark figures for demolition, concrete, and general contracting projects in South Florida. This tool uses artificial intelligence trained on general construction cost data and regional pricing information.

Limitations of AI Estimates

AI-generated estimates have significant limitations. They:

• Do not account for site-specific conditions — soil type, existing utilities, access constraints, structural issues, etc.
• Do not reflect current material prices — construction material costs fluctuate and the AI may not have the most current data.
• Cannot replace an on-site assessment — every project has unique factors that can only be evaluated in person.
• May not account for all permit requirements — permit requirements change; always verify with the local building department.
• Are based on typical conditions — unusual or complex projects may fall significantly outside provided ranges.
• Do not include all potential costs — engineering, testing (e.g., asbestos), hauling fees, specialty work, and other costs may not be fully reflected.

An AI estimate does not constitute a binding quote, proposal, or contract. Mayga Construction, Inc. is not obligated to perform work at AI-estimated prices. All prices are subject to change based on on-site assessment, final scope of work, material availability, and current market conditions.

A binding contract is only formed when a written agreement is executed by both the customer and Mayga Construction, Inc.
